I try to make it as easy as possible for myself to make my workouts happen. Part of that is prepping my environment with the right gear. These shoes never leave my gym - I keep them right by my bench so it’s an easy on/off situation. Remove little points of friction from the things that are hard to do and you will do them MUCH more often!! 💪🏻

Bombas socks are the BEST. I’ve worn nothing else to workout since I discovered them 10 years ago 😍 I get new ones every Christmas and before I stuff them in my sock drawer I make sure to declutter any old, worn out, hokey ones 🙌🏻
