Foolproof front step 🙌🏻🪴🌸 So happy with how these faux plant arrangements turned out. Our home’s full-sun position combined with our dark exterior and my black thumb meant that year after year, despite my best intentions, our front step planters would inevitably become a shrivelled mess come July. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While the initial investment stings a bit, UV-resistant plants are known for lasting years! Two years in, my faux grasses in the backyard are looking fresh AF and I’m curious to see how the flowers hold up (and will be sure to let you know)! Personally, I prefer faux grasses and greenery - they look super realistic whereas the flowers aren’t quiteeeee as believable. But, for now, the pop of color is worth it! #LTKunder50
