Truth time: this week has NOT 👏🏽 been 👏🏽 it. Didn’t start off good and still not going the best. My brain isn’t shutting off when I’m sleeping because it’s thinking about all of the work I have to do the next day and I’m just hitting a wall when it comes to working out. Once I do the workout I feel AH-MAZING but getting my butt there is another story. 🙃 Here’s MY little reminder and a reminder for YOU that’s it’s ok to not always have the best and most productive weeks and have it all together. It’s ok to need to take a step back for your mental health. It’s ok to take the time to do your thing to get over the slump.
