Inspiration behind the card: I am is a decorator and style blogger based in Birmingham, Alabama. My Grandmillennial aesthetic was influenced by my Southern grandmothers’ love of antiques, wallpaper, and blue and white. My maternal grandmother, Sparky, or “Pookie” as she was affectionately called, was a decorator and had lots of blue toile, which became the inspiration for my Christmas card this year. My take on blue toile for a Christmas card was to create a Christmas toile and incorporate that on a big beautiful holiday bow! The toile’s wintery scene with the jolly snowman and gingerbread cookies spark my excitement for the holiday season! The lovely swag and wreath and perfectly placed toile bows exhibit Abby’s stunning design work, and I hope this card warms many hearts this holiday season!
