Tip of the day: be so badass that Monday can't handle you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Every time a new week comes around, I make a promise to myself that if I'm in a bad mood, I can let myself be in that bad mood for half an hour. But if half an hour passes and I'm still in a bad mood, I have to take a break from what I'm doing, and grab a coffee or walk my dog, or take a 20 minute nap (now that I'm working again I *probably* can't do that but we'll see). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Moods are inevitable—you're going to be in a bad mood form time to time. But that doesn't mean they're permanent! I've lost too many days to bad moods and I'm determined to put a stop to it.
