My emotional support coffee mug just got an upgrade. 💙

The BrüMate Müv 25oz goes everywhere with me—desk, car, errands, soccer practice… you get it. 😂 It’s leakproof, fits in my cup holder, keeps my water cold for HOURS, and the handle makes it so easy to grab when I’m inevitably carrying 14 other things.

And these color options?! 😍

Which would you pick?

At the end of the day this boils down to two things. Do you want to have a coach for running and do you want to wear a ringer or a watch?

It did take me a little bit to get used to the ring because it is a thicker ring. I have the generation four which is a slimmer cut then generation three.

At the end of the day, with as much as I run, it makes sense for me to keep the Garmin! The Oura ring is cool, but it doesn’t add $500 value to my life because I already get all this information from my Garmin watch and I’ll be returning it.

there are a lot of deals on the generation three ring right now that’s a lot more affordable than the four! You also will save money if you’re willing to have a black ring instead of rose gold. To the tune of $150!

If you’re looking for some basic health tracking and don’t want a watch, the ring is the way to go! Pick between the generation three or four based on price point and how important it is to you that it’s a slimmer ring. Note, this requires a monthly subscription.

If you, like me, are into running, I can send you two options! The cheaper of the two is great for up to a 5K or 10K and the other is great for marathon training. No monthly subscription needed! 👏
