Anything that inspires exercise is gold to me ! Cute and comfy workout clothes def make it easier and more fun for me to follow through on daily workouts. My biggest inspiration and motivator, though to be totally honest, is when I think about how I feel after I exercise . Honestly no matter how I feel, whether it’s tired, stressed or uncomfortable. I always feel better after I work out. When I don’t want to get up I just remember that. i feel more comfortable, less stressed, energized and more focused after physical activity.
