Can’t say I’ve stuffed turkey wings with chorizo and have them rest in butter before, but here we are! Check out some equipment I used during this battle with Chef Maneet Chauhan.

I made my Food Network debut with Tournament of Champions V. Here are some equipment I used for Round 1 during Qualifiers where the Randomizer gave us ground turkey for protein, celery for produce, handheld mixer for equipment, and poached for style. For this round, I made a Vietnamese Grilled Sausage with Pressed Vermicelli Noodles and Celery Lime Dipping Sauce.

For round 2 of the East A Qualifiers for TOCV, I went head to head with Chef Leah Cohen. The Randomizer gave us chicken cutlets for protein, red cabbage for produce, a microwave pressure cooker for equipment, and the style was smoky. Representing New Orleans, naturally, I made Red Beans and Rice with Fried Chicken and Cabbage. I’ve never used a microwave pressure cooker prior to this cook, so I’m glad it worked out!
