For round 2 of the East A Qualifiers for TOCV, I went head to head with Chef Leah Cohen. The Randomizer gave us chicken cutlets for protein, red cabbage for produce, a microwave pressure cooker for equipment, and the style was smoky. Representing New Orleans, naturally, I made Red Beans and Rice with Fried Chicken and Cabbage. I’ve never used a microwave pressure cooker prior to this cook, so I’m glad it worked out!
