We’re decorating the outside of our house for Halloween this weekend and I wanted to share how we hang our giant spiders on our house. We’ve done this on both our wood siding home and now our stucco home and both methods work great! For stucco, we use a command hook and plant ties to secure the legs. For wood, we use command hooks and a staple gun to staple the legs to the battens or siding. Each spider has a loop attached to the back that hooks onto the command hook. You can use a zip tie to secure it extra well. The plant ties can leave some sticky residue behind, but a heat gun will or hair dryer will melt them off. They stay in place really well!
