Save this post for later - there’s a lot of info! I’m not chasing perfection or trying to turn back the clock. I’m focused on feeling strong, energized, and confident in this season of life. Not all of these are the absolute healthiest, but these are what’s worked for me over the past year or so. These are the habits, routines, and products that truly support me and ones I use/do/swear by just about every day:
✨ Daily Strong by Izzy Pilates. Consistency over intensity. I just love her and her workout flow.  ✨ Supplements I actually stick with: clear protein, creatine, glutathione, Irish sea moss & magnesium. I will mix this clear protein (I love the Brazilian Limeaid flavor) with this creatine for after my workout.  ✨ Upgrading to medical-grade skincare, OS-1 products + the best lash & brow growth serum from RevitaLash.  ✨ Daily walks with my weighted vest. I’ve used it for 2 years now and swear by it! ✨ 8 hours of sleep, my Canopy humidifier (skin loves it), and reading before bed instead of doom scrolling ✨ Remembering the skin on my body ages too.
