Melasma took so much of my confidence away - and if this is you just know it can get better.

My suggestions you can use at home :

2. RETINOL!! I used a prescription form which Musley has - I also love @skinmedica
3. Brightening ingredients Vitamic C, TXA (tranexamic acid), Niacinamide these ingredients can help with brightening of the skin, but also inhibiting the melanin color
4. Chemical peels - @platinum_skin_care has made a HUGE difference for me (link in bio to check their products)
5. Micro needling - @dr.melaxin_global this is just a treatment that I do to promote collagen production and for overall skin health the ingredients you use with micro needling can help with brightening such as vitamin C products
6. SPF SPF SPF IF YOU’RE GOING TO TAKE THE TIME EFFORT AND MONEY TO REVERSE IT, YOU BETTER BE PREVENTING IT. @beautyofjoseon_official is my ride or die SPF. I also will use a portable fan if I’m outside for too long in the heat and I wear hats as much as possible to cover my face.
