I’ve been asking about ADHD for over 5 years. Bringing it up, trying to explain what my brain feels like… and being told it was just anxiety, stress, or that I was overwhelmed. But it never fully made sense. I just knew something felt off. If it wasn’t in my calendar, it didn’t exist. Starting things and not finishing them. Hyperfocusing on the wrong things while the important ones felt impossible to start. I really thought that was just me. Getting diagnosed at 33 is honestly just… validating.
