NOT pregnant right now! but my cardiologist told me that with all of the vitamins in prenatals, it's ok/good for me to continue to take them essentially as an everyday multivitamin

i hate the nausea i get from most vitamins & & these have two time release capsules in one so it's not so harsh on a sensitive tummy. this part sold me!
