A little spring and summer try on

1920s theme dress. Down fringe dress

Always been a fan of a statement jacket, especially for spring. I wore this one over the weekend with a dress for an Easter egg hunt and lunch earlier in the day and errands and mass and dinner for later in the day. Linked a ton of fun spring jackets here!

Easy every day spring outfit. Spruced up jeans and a tee shirt in my favorite Agolde denim

A denim refresh for spring! I just went through all of the jeans in my closet and put a bunch aside that just won’t work for spring. These were my top 8 true denim favorites that worked on my 5’2” frame.
1. Agolde Low Curve Fray in Force. These might be my favorite lighter wash denim. They are a non stretch denim but still super comfortable. They run on the larger side so I sizes down one and they fit great. Love the wide leg at the bottom.

2. Agolde Ren High Rise Wide Leg Jean. I wouldn’t necessarily consider these a wide leg at all. More of a slimmer fit compared to the pair before. These are also non stretch denim. I ordered this style in two sizes originally and now wear the larger size. They run on the smaller side. A great darker wash denim.

3. Agolde Ren high rise wide leg in disclosure. These are technically the same style as the pair before but they fit and feel differently. I find these to be super comfortable, wear all day kind of jeans. They are also a non stretch denim but to me they feel a little rigid. A great color for spring and the cropped length comes right past my ankle. If you are taller than 5’4” and looking for a cropped pair- these would be perfect.

4. Rag & Bone Wide Leg track pants in Coney. Couldn’t do a denim round up without my sweatpants jeans. I throw these on on days when I’m in the car a ton but still need to look dressed. So comfortable! TTS. I did not get these shortened- they shrunk a bit.

5. Mother Half Pipe ankle jeans in This is How I Roll. A perfect Jean if you have wanted to try the barrel leg style but can’t fully commit yet. They are a cropped wide leg that has a little curve towards the bottom. These run small! Size up one size. I’ve had this pair for a few years now and they are always one of the first I throw on when temps warm up.

Finally took the plunge and bought the @colorescience face shield flex sunscreen and I have to say, I get the hype. It comes out like a regular white sunscreen but when you blend it into your skin it matches your skin tone and gives you a nice even finish. It’s SPF50 which is huge for sun protection. I use shade LIGHT and just ordered the medium for summer time to test out. Highly recommend!
