I’ve been red-light therapy curious for quite a while now because I’ve learned so much about the endless list of benefits it provides, especially NIR (near infrared). When researching, Google stated this:

“Near-infrared (NIR) LED masks (typically 830–850 nm) penetrate deeper into the skin (up to 10 mm) than red light to boost collagen, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing.
