The official poolside hat of 2023! If you’re melasma prone, you’re going to want to read this…

Heat alone aggravates melasma which we can’t control as much as we can on the surface. Here is how I triple protect during the summer and especially when I’m in the water:

1. Wide brim hat (shades the face, but this is not enough alone bc the reflection from the water still hits your face, so double down with sunscreen and/or sunblock)
2. Mineral sunscreen (lightweight and works well under makeup + works double time to repair existing sun damage while protecting against further damage)
3. A light layer of my cream foundation (contains titanium dioxide which acts as a sunblock)

I also have a mineral powder sunscreen in my purse to keep up with reapplying throughout the day.

Think of sunblock as a shield and sunscreen as a window screen:
• Sunblock blocks harmful rays
• Sunscreen filters harmful rays

These fleece tights are definitely winter approved and don’t stretch out or bunch up! They are one size and the high waist is great but they are very snug so I don’t recommend for anyone over 5’8”, 150 lbs.

For reference I’m 145 lbs, 5’8” and these are maxed out in terms of comfort!

Go down one size in the shorts. All other items fit TTS

Fits true to size (and you could even size down because it does stretch a little with wear). It’s super comfy and the material has good weight to it so it’s warm and not transparent.

BONUS for us curvier gals - it does NOT ride up. There’s nothing more annoying than constantly pulling your dress down when you walk. IYKYK

After 7.5 years of visualizing designs for this space and knowing eventually, somehow, some way, we will be able to have this bathroom gutted and redone - IT’S DONE.

I’m so grateful for our struggles and mistakes along the way that taught us better financial ways, that showed us taking risks pays off and most of all, instilling the biggest trait I lack - patience.

I’m surprised these haven’t gone viral! The most amazing legging comparable to the Lululemon align at less than 1/3 of the Lulu price tag.

These are so buttery soft, fit like a glove, thick enough that they aren’t transparent and they don’t accentuate a dimply backside 🙌🏼 (even the light colored leggings!).

I own almost every color and love them all!!!

I sized down one size in the leggings (wearing a small) so they don’t shift when I squat, but you would also be able to wear your normal size. Just depends on the fit you prefer!

I went up one size in the tops (wearing a large).
