This is my notebook for all things recipe ideas, development, and testing. You can customize the outside/inside cover pages, and it’s just classic lined paper. I don’t want to be sectioned off when I’m jotting down notes, so this works for me. And IMO as a recipe developer, spirals are a MUST! You don’t want your notebook constantly flapping shut, forcing you to flip through pages and find your page with messy, full hands.
