I’ve been sharing on Instagram how to build DIY cabinet doors- here are the tools/supplies I use!

It was time for a big kid bed in here and I totally went down the rabbit hole researching kids beds and mattresses 🙈😅. We decided to go with this Catalina bed from Pottery Barn Kids because for us it was the right combination of style, price, and finding a product that was Greenguard Gold certified! The assembly was so easy, and I love how it looks in this room. The mattress and pillow are from Naturepedic, and I love that you can adjust the fill in the pillow. We made it flatter for now, and can add fill back in the future!

I partnered with Heat & Glo this past Spring to install this electric fireplace in our dining room, and we absolutely love it! It looks so realistic and has multiple different background and sound options, and there are other decorative front options available too (this is the folio front). I also installed their Wescott mantel kit here, after painting it white + creating a faux stone look on the pieces right around the fireplace. We’ve been using the fireplace without heat this summer, but once the cold weather comes we’ll be able to turn on the heat for extra warmth too! I kept the mantel decor relatively simple for this past spring/summer, but I can’t wait to refresh it for the fall and the holidays and host family in this space!

My newest favorite vase is this Target find! The shape and creamy color are so pretty in person, and it’s a great size for an ottoman tray or small table. Now I just need to find some more colorful florals to fill it with this summer!

It only took me 20 months to find a blanket and pillow for our little boy’s nursery glider 😂 but when I saw these from Target I knew they would fit his room perfectly! The blanket is so soft and I love the scalloped edge detail. And the pillow looked to me like the ocean meeting the sky, which is perfect for his nautical-themed room 😍
