Frijoles Puercos 🐷

Ingredientes ✨
1 kilo de frijoles seco, o de 3 a 4 litros de frijoles ya cocidos
1/2 kilo de cerdo molido
1/4 kilo de mantequilla
1/2 cebolla chica
1 cdita pimienta blanca
1 cdita orégano Méx
1 cdita Ajo en polvo
1 1/2 cdita de guajillo
1/2 cdita de chipotle
1/2 cdita paprika
Sal al gusto

Instrucciones ✨
1. En una olla grande, derrite la mantequilla y sofríe la cebolla hasta que esté transparente.
2. Cocina la carne de cerdo y agrega todas las especias hasta que se incorporen bien.
3. Agrega a la olla, los frijoles previamente cocidos y licuados.
4. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que todo esté bien integrado y deja que hierva suavemente.

Opcional, agrega unos cuantos jalapeños en conserva y poquito de su vinagre durante la cocción.
Al final, sírvelo con un poco de queso que se derrita, como Chihuahua o Monterrey Jack.
