Just finished Total Body Strength 2 and loved every minute of it! Weight lifting has become one of my favorite ways to build strength, tone my body, and feel empowered in my 40s. This workout included a warm-up, 2 super sets with 10 reps each for 3 rounds, a spicy finisher, and a well-deserved cool down. Every workout is another step toward becoming my strongest self.
