If you want a link to all the supplies head over to the blog for full details: https://citygirlmeetsfarmboy.com/harry-potter-halloween-decor-tutorial/ Supplies: White Sheet Pillow Stuffing Gorilla Spray Glue LED Rope Lights 3M Hooks Battery Operated Candles Step 1: Measure and cut your sheet to size Step 2: Add the adhesive rope lights to the sheet (place it all over in zig zag directions - leave end for plugging in) Step 3: Turn sheet over and add pieces of stuffing (use gorilla spray to adhere it in sections to look like clouds) Step 4: Add 3M hooks to ceiling where you want the candles to be hung Step 5: Cut parallel slits into the sheet one inch apart and one inch long to hang over each hook - this is how the sheet stays up on the ceiling Step 6: Hang up the lights with fishing line onto the hooks where the sheet is hung It’s ok for there to be lumps and different dips in the clouds because it’s looks more realistic. You can set the lights to different settings and add music!
