Woohoo friends it’s Friday, FINALLY. This has been a long and busy week. Got one last working shift tonight and I’m free for another week. I’m so ready to just slow down. I feel like after Christmas my life just got more hectic.

But since I started waking up and hour before everyone else each day I’ve been having much smoother days. In that hour I do some meditation, scripture reading, get ready for the day and take a look at the schedule ahead. I’ve been so much more productive with my time/day. Also now I’m actually getting ready for the day and not just hanging in sweats/joggers all day. Don’t get me wrong I loved that style but when I’m actually ready I just get more done...does that sound crazy??

Also I’m loving this City Lip plumper from @citybeautyofficial. This is the Sun Diego gloss and I’m addicted. I may or may not have bought almost every color they have. 🤷‍♀️

We are quickly approaching the #last90days of the year. There was one goal that I had to start this year that I have continued to struggle with, my health and fitness. So instead of saying “hey I’ll just start next year, I’m going to give it everything I got in the #last90days so that when 2020 arrives I can alright start out with a bang and continue to progress.

So here is what I’m banging out in the #last90days:
1. Better eating habits.
2. Workout at least 2 times a week.
3. Up an hour before the kiddos for some self care.

My why is because my kiddos need their mama around. I want to chase them in the backyard without getting winded, last longer then 5 minutes in a soccer match and because the way I’m living will only continue to hurt me and I need to take care of this precious body that give me the two best miracles of my life.

So wants to join in on #last90daychallenge? It can be anything you want to achieve. Let’s rock the hardest part of the year!
