Oh friends, I wish I could express to you the impact 2019 has had on my life. It has been a wild ride and it’s not even over yet, but man have I learned so much and I want to share some of those with you guys.

🎄I can’t control anything in life and I have to accept that. All I can do is prepare for the worst, hope for the best, and accept what happens.

I used to be really insecure about how big my eyes are. I used to think I looked like a goldfish, but now I love them. I actually used to be insecure about a lot of things. I was insecure about gaining weight in college, I was insecure about not being the “smart kid” anymore. I struggled with my self worth in the amount of money I make.
In 2020 I want to challenge you guys to think about this before you go judging yourself because of what other people think of you... What be of it does this bring to your life? Does this persons opinion add anything to your life? Do these negative thoughts about yourself add anything to your life? Do these people who judge you add anything to your life? In 2020, I’m adding value to my life by being the best version of myself I have ever been. That means showing up in the image I see of myself, no one else’s and let me tell you, she’s incredible.
