I am thrilled with the look, price and function of these indoor flower pot/planters. Blue and white decor is a favorite look for me and these pots have a ginger jar feel. They come in a 3 pack on Amazon prime. This is the largest of the three sizes. All three pots come with a drainage hole and plastic saucer, great for those of us that tend to overwater our plants. I may be the last person to snag one of these Stanley tumblers. I thought the 40 ounce was waay to big for me to lug around. I didn’t realize there were also 20 and 30 ounce versions. This is the 30 ounce Quencher in rose quartz. I love the handle (it can be screwed on for left hand or right hand). I also appreciate that the straw can come out and the lever swiveled to prevent it from leaking. I’ll definitely be gifting these this Christmas season.

I am not the kind of girl that gets geeked out about techy type things. I don’t even know if these are considered techy?? But, these flameless candles have me doing the happy dance. 🤓 They look and feel real. However, my favorite part is the remote. It has an on/off switch, two timer selections and the option to make them flicker. I love that I don’t have to pull each candle out and turn them on or off.

I am doing such an amazingly good job keeping my plants alive that I decided to roll the dice with one more. This time I got a prace lily and I can’t wait for the white flower to bloom! I put my palm and lily in these woven plant baskets that were in a two pack for $30. They are big at 12” and 16”. “Temporarily Permanent” These units were placed here when we moved in with the plan of purchasing a larger piece later. That is still the plan, but after my easy diy it moved down the urgency list for now. This is two @ikeausa Kallax units with the door options. I swapped out the door pulls and added the greek key overlays from @myoverlays The inspiration came from @the.pink.dream who has several very clever Ikea hacks. I’ll talk more about the diy in stories. Oh, fyi the 8x10 of my rug is on sale for under $200.

We put the pool/cage lights up about three weeks ago. These will stay up all year round, but I am glad they were put up in time for the holidays. The set we have (2 strands) are shatterproof, waterproof, and have a remote to change brightness/flash/timer. We DID NOT WANT GLASS around the pool. The remote strands are currently unavailable, but I linked the same set minus the remote. Happy Coastal Christmas!! 🌴 🎄

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this basket arrangement. It would work with so many different Christmas styles. The rattan fits perfectly with my coastal Christmas theme. I originally planned to hang them on my pantry door and inside my front door. But, I ended up using them to fill in the bare spaces where the garland meets along my switch stairs.

I spent a long time looking for a table in this room. We wanted something big and under this magic number we pull from thin air. Do y’all ever do that? Budget an amount you are willing to spend based on absolutely no information. It was out of sheer frustration that I stumbled across this beauty. So fresh and so clean clean. I gave the kitchen a good @gocleanco acrub down before putting out some Christmas goodies. Every year I set up a hot chocolate bar on my tiered stand. This new house has instant hot water at the sink, a genius addition! The kids will be able to make the perfect temperature hot chocolate all by themselves! My living room is filled with boxes of home decor that I haven’t distributed. If I have any hope of getting that last room painted I need to find places for it all. Let’s talk about wall texture. This picture shows the orange peel texture that we have on all our walls. I assumed that wallpaper is not an option, due to the texture (unless I sand). I have a friend that is doing a gut job on a property that will result in a Joanna Gaines-esque property...soo cool. Her laundry room has some texture and she selected a thick wallpaper to go right over it. Now that I am ALMOST done painting 🙃 I am thinking...hmm where can I add a super cool wallpaper? 🧐 But, seriously, I am still in love with Braden’s blue wall and can’t wait to retire the painting supplies!!

We are officially pool gadget & toy obsessed. Shelby actually got this speaker a while back and used it on the trampoline. Now we are using it poolside. Every time I am near his new room I peek in at that blue wall. I love it so much and the madras quilt looks so good against the deep navy color. If you’ve been around for a while, you know that Braden doesn’t want any changes to what is in his room. He loves his bed that transitioned from a crib about 10 years ago. It was during that change that we purchased the quilt. I love it just as much as the day he climbed up in his big boy bed for the first time. The madras has been the perfect print to take him through toddler, tween and now almost teen. Next up in this room will be a rug.
