SPRUCE MY SPACE: The Small Living Room Every week I mock up how I’d design rooms you submit and this living room has so much potential. The biggest issue is the heavy sofa and light green wall color that make the room feel divided. Painting everything light and bright and swapping the couch for something lighter instantly makes the room feel so much bigger. Adding moody accents with the chair, rug, and curtains brings warmth and coziness to the space. We kept the same TV cabinet and wall decor, it was just a that totally transformed this room!
