It’s that time!! Healthy living is CALLING MY NAME after the binge fest of October-December. I’m ready to get back to working out in my basement and it’s the only thing I’ve stuck with (not to mention the cheapest option). I use an app called Pretty Muscles and follow the workouts with just a few pieces of equipment. I only use the tower to hang my resistance bands from when doing triceps, lats or pull downs for my back workout. Other than that all the equipment is self explanatory. Total game changer when you can just workout from home.

I purchased 6 outdoor chairs (3 - 2 packs) from world market and wanted to save on an outdoor table. I went with this one from Wayfair and it will work perfectly. The only caveat was it wasn’t quite tall enough for the chairs to slide underneath so I grabbed these 2” furniture risers from amazon! The finish of the chairs matches the table top perfectly.
