starting off my new series strong with the perfect game day snack! bite sized & so addicting- these will be a hit at your next tailgate or watch party!

pretzel bites:
- 1 tbsp dry active yeast
- 1.25 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3.5 cups flour
- 1 cup baking soda
- 6 cups boiling water 
*bake at 500°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1.5 tbsp flaky salt

cheese sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk (use less for a thicker sauce)
- 8 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz yellow American cheese
- salt & pepper to taste

mediterranean bowls are always in our rotation for an easy weeknight meal! healthy & packed with so many fresh flavors✨

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 red onion, diced finely
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp each salt & pepper
- 2-3 tsp @SPICEOLOGY Greek Freak seasoning
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

tzatziki 
- 2 cups nonfat Geek yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped finely
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cucumber (peeled, grated & squeeze water out)
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- salt & pepper to taste

serve with:
- rice
- tomato & cucumber salad (add olive oil, salt & pepper to taste)
- hummus
- pickled red onion
- mini pita breads
- feta cheese crumbles

finally trying the viral tomato & feta pasta! definitely adding this to our weeknight meal rotation🍅✨ so quick, easy & insanely delicious

Ingredients:
- 24 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 blocks feta cheese
- 1 garlic head, cut in half
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp each Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
*bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and cheese is melted. blend!

- 1 box cavatappi pasta
- shredded parmesan cheese
*broil for 2-4 minutes until cheese is bubbly

these honey garlic salmon bowls are a weeknight dinner staple in our house! insanely flavorful salmon bites with a sweet & spicy cucumber salad- healthy, fresh and so easy to make🍚🥒

I love using dried seaweed snacks to wrap everything up into the perfect bite! drizzle on some siracha mayo for an extra punch🌶️

Ingredients:
- skinless salmon filet, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp onion powder
*let marinate for at least 10 minutes. air fry at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes, flipping and adding extra sauce halfway through.

cucumber salad
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced thinly and dried
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili garlic crunch
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder

rice
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1-2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

top with
- green onion
- furikake flakes
- dried seaweed snacks
- optional: siracha mayo

*roast at 350°F for about 1 hour
