this creamy boursin orzo is the best for a quick & easy weeknight meal🧀🍃with some chicken sausage it really is perfection!

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups orzo
- 1 block @Boursin Cheese
- 4 cups chicken stock
*cover and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, remove and stir then put back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes
- chicken sausage, sliced and browned
- large handful spinach
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan

favorite way to make shrimp tacos- honey lime marinade & a creamy cilantro slaw🦐🌮  linked my favorite kitchen products so give these a try for your next taco night!  Ingredients: - shrimp (tail off, peeled, deveined) - olive oil - salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika, chili powder (for shrimp seasoning & slaw dressing) - fresh lime juice (marinade & slaw dressing) - 2 tbsp honey - 1/4 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup greek yogurt - pickled onion juice - tri-color shredded cabbage - fresh cilantro (slaw & topping) - flour tortillas - pickled onions - cotija cheese

bang bang shrimp bowls for dinner🍤🍚✨an easy, yummy weeknight meal that takes no time to whip up!

Ingredients:
- shrimp, peeled & deveined
- buttermilk (enough to cover shrimp)
- 1/2 lemon juice
*let shrimp sit in buttermilk for at least 5 minutes to coat and tenderize
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon each onion powder, garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1-2 tsp chili powder
- avocado oil (or any frying oil), enough to cover your pan for a shallow fry

bang bang sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup siracha (add more or less for preferred spice level)
- about 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

serve with:
- jasmine rice
- shredded cabbage & carrots
- green onion sprinkle
