Weekly treatment:

1:1 ratio of castor oil and rosemary oil on my scalp for at least three hours. You must massage the scalp with this. Do not oversaturate. I sleep with mine in and double cleanse the next day.

Bond repair: k18 is a great bond repair to stop your hair from breaking. I rarely use this anymore but it’s a must at first. Now I use the bond repair by living proof right after the shower.

Shampoo and conditioner: I wash my hair 2-3x a week. Do not do any less- your scalp is gross and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Massage and scrub scalp every time you wash. I always double cleanse with shampoo.

Heat protectants: bb invisible shield is the best

Hair tools: only the Dyson is touching my hair. It’s make SUCH a difference.
