I BUULT A CUSTOM WINDOW SEAT 😱 Comment SHOP for the cabinets and what I used so you can copy! Way easier & way cheaper than you’d think 😎🤌🏼 What I go over in the reel: 🔨 use a piece of scrap wood when prying off baseboards, trust me, it will save your walls! 🔨 I used 2x2s for the frame, 2x4s in between each cabinet. Use wood putty for all the cracks and sand down for a more flush finish! 🔨 smooth like finish tip: sand everything with 220 grit 👉🏼 prime 👉🏼 Floetrol is my bestie, add to your paint 👉🏼 brush on the first coat 👉🏼 EVER SO LIGHTLY use a roller to get rid of brush streaks 🔨 before second coat of paint, sand with 320 grit andddd repeat with painting 🔨 install knobs 1 inch above middle for more balanced and custom look ✨ 🩷 paint color used: Adobe Glow by @sherwinwilliams nurseryinspo girlnursery diy diymakeover windowseats
