Pairs well with sweat pants...🥂🍾These champagne jello shots are sure to get the party started!
Ingredients:
1 cup champagne or prosecco
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp (3 .25 envelopes) of unflavored gelatin
1 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup vodka
Optional: edible spray glitter
Directions:
Place plastic 2 oz cups on a baking sheet for easy transport to and from the fridge
Pour champagne, sugar and lemon juice into a bowl.
Sprinkle gelatin on top and let sit for a minute allowing it to "bloom"
Add ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add juice and vodka. Stir.
Pour mixture into your cups.
Spray each cup with edible glitter.
Move to the fridge for 2-3 hours to let them set!
