I live in my Gap sweat sets in the fall and winter. I have them in a handful of colorways. I size up to a petite small in the sweats and sweatshirt for extra coziness. Paired the set here with Gap's double faced wool coat. Thin, but so comfortable to wear. These are a little long for petite sizing, but still fit everywhere else.

Old Navy Bounce Fleece sets - These are so fantastic! Cannot say enough good things. Very similar to Varley. Length on pants run ever so slightly long, but I'm only 5ft with short legs, so should work for most. I sized up in top and bottoms but you don't have to.
