Rest is something for years I struggled with. I constantly strived and overextended, but the Lord commands us to take rest. Rest for me is a combination of getting my home in order, deep work time with God, leaning on His promises and not my own understanding, and refilling my cup.

Sitting still, stretching, reorganizing and reading help me stay in alignment. Sometimes a week away from social media does the soul good 🤍 It’s like a mini fast!
