I’ve only been using this since Christmas, but I have noticed my legs are less heavy as I struggle with vein and circulation issues in my legs and sometimes by the end of the day, a little bit of swelling and super heavy legs. I’ve been using it in the morning as soon as I wake up and I feel like it wakes me up gently and it’s very calming for my nervous system, which I love. The whole family has been using it.
Make sure you consult your doctor if you have any health issues. I definitely would not recommend during pregnancy.
