creatine- muscle endurance and strength. I’ve taken this consistently for a year and had lots of strength gains paired with lifting heavy and challenging myself in the gym! there are also great studies showing how creatine can benefit cognitive function in women of all ages, especially those going through menopause. I add this to my 40 oz of water in the morning. adrenal cocktail- energy and digestion have been the reason I have continued taking this consistently for years. I will never stop— 10/10. some people do not like the taste, but I can’t taste it when I mix w/ 40 oz water. you can also mix with a juice or some type of water flavoring! magnesium- sleep and stress/anxiety. both of these things are improve for me when I am consistently taking magnesium.
