There’s something truly special about baking during the holiday season. Not just for the end result, but for the memories made in the process. This week, my son and I tried the new Fudgy Brownie Cake Mix from Brian Hart Hoffman’s Bake from Scratch line at Williams Sonoma, and we baked it in the stunning new Château Cake Pan. 🏰✨

How gorgeous is this vintage-inspired design? It looks like a little French château, right out of a winter fairytale. The detail is remarkable, and it turned out to be the perfect Christmas cake: beautiful enough to display, and even better to eat! 🍫

After baking, we decorated it simply with fresh bay leaves, cranberries, and a light dusting of powdered sugar. I love how the natural elements brought a quiet elegance to the presentation. It was a sweet moment of connection, creativity, and festive cheer.
