One-skillet dinner that tastes like you spent hours on it, but it’s ready in under 40 minutes! I made this lemon herb chicken & potatoes on the stove, and it turned out so juicy and full of flavor. This @theoriginalgreenpan x @stanleytucci collection made it even easier. This pan and dutch oven are a dream to cook with thanks to the nonstick ceramic surface. Here’s how I did it: Ingredients: • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved • 2 tbsp olive oil • 4 garlic cloves, minced • Thyme • Rosemary • 1 tsp paprika • Juice + zest of 1 lemon • Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Sauté until golden and fork-tender (about 12–15 minutes). Remove and set aside. 2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and half the lemon juice. 3. In the same skillet, add another tbsp olive oil and sear chicken (skin-side down) until golden and crispy, about 6 minutes per side. 4. Reduce heat, return potatoes to the skillet, cover, and cook everything together for another 10–15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and juicy. 5. Finish with the rest of the lemon juice. So easy, so flavorful, and all on the stovetop! skilletdinner easyweeknightmeals lemonherbchicken comfortfood onepanmeal chickenrecipes dinnerinspo LTKSummerEdit LTKFamily LTKHome
