Let’s talk nighttime skincare and intentional glow-ups ✨ Choosing consistency over perfection.

Nighttime skincare routine:
1️⃣ Cleanser – Removes makeup, dirt, and oil.
I always use clean towels.
Antibacterial face spray (HOCl spray) – Used on clean skin to calm, reduce bacteria, and prep the skin.
2️⃣ Toner step:
• SK-II Facial Treatment Essence – Essence always goes before exfoliating pads and toner.
• Zero Pore Pads – Exfoliating step used after essence (focus on the T-zone or textured areas). ⚠️ Not every night if your skin is sensitive (2–4x/week).
• Toner – Hydrating or calming toner to rebalance and prep the skin for serums.
3️⃣ LED mask
4️⃣ Acne treatments:
• Dapsone
• Tretinoin
5️⃣ Serums:
• Brightening serum
• Anti-aging serum
6️⃣ Booster device – Enhances skincare absorption.
7️⃣ Eye cream
8️⃣ Moisturizer
9️⃣ Lip mask
