I’m feeling GREAT today and that means I’m gonna get in some exercise! I feel like resting yesterday and finally getting a good 8 hours of straight sleep has my body feeling so much better! Thank the Lord. 🙌 Today I did a 10 min ab workout and 15 mins of cardio. Later I’ll be hit Hot Worx gym for a free a yoga sesh. Also, my leggings are on sale!!! Check out my link in my bio. 👆
