But something that has always helped me feel a bit better to start my day is get dressed. When I was working from home, I knew a quick shower, some make up and clean clothes made a WORLD of a difference. I mean, don't get me wrong I'm the lounge clothing QUEEN, but when I want a little pep in my step, getting ready for the day gets me going! How about you?
