No-peel baked eggs in a loaf pan

What you need

8–10 large eggs

1 loaf pan

Nonstick spray or butter

A larger baking dish or roasting pan

Hot water

Step-by-step

1. Preheat the oven
Set oven to 325°F.

2. Grease the loaf pan well
Spray generously with nonstick spray or grease with butter/oil so the eggs release easily.

3. Crack in the eggs
Crack 8–10 eggs directly into the loaf pan. Do not stir.

4. Set up the water bath
Place the loaf pan inside a larger baking dish or roasting pan.

5. Add hot water
Pour hot water into the larger pan until it comes about halfway up the sides of the loaf pan.

6. Bake
Bake for 30–40 minutes, checking around 30 minutes. The eggs should look fully set in the center.

7. Cool
Remove the loaf pan from the water bath and let it cool slightly.

8. Slice
Run a knife around the edges if needed and lift the egg out. Slice or chop it up and use it for egg salad.
