Easy Family Dinner that even the kids loved 🎉 My kids love meatballs, and I wanted to come up with a way to have them for a more summery meal on these hot days 🥵 One of my kids loves salads, the other loves any make your own bowl type dinners, so this Italian mini meatball salad was perfect 🤌🏼 I made mini turkey meatballs, used gluten free bread to make garlic buttery croutons, and put out bowls of black olives, vine ripe tomatoes, and lettuce, with oil and vinegar to top!
