The fluted planters completely stole my heart.....the tall black ones add contrast, the shorter white ones soften everything.🥰

So here’s a simple way to upgrade your wall and get the wooden slat look with wallpaper! 🎉

Tips:
Wallpaper is peel and stick so to remove, use a blow dryer so you don’t mess up your paint or drywall ☺️ I used 3 rolls. My wall is 9ft by 10.5ft

This is by far the simplest wallpaper I’ve installed. The design is forgiving, so even if you overlap a bit more than you’d like, it isn’t noticeable… making install even simpler.

I added plug in 16 ft LED light strips to the back of the mirror. Color is warm white or 3000K. 🔌 My mirror is 83inches in height by 48 inches. 🪞

The sconces are my favorite addition to this wall! They are rechargeable. 🎉 They attach to the wall in two ways - They come with screws & a peel and stick adhesive….. which attaches to a magnetic metal piece which makes the sconce removable without having to reinstall it. 💕

Probably my favorite gadget ever! 😆… plus - It only uses Water!!! I know right !?! I really had to put it to the test.… so I used Vaseline to create those hand prints😅 yup! The prints came off! So good!… trust me, I love my window sprays but nothing beats an automatic window cleaner 😆… plus, no more climbing ladders to clean your windows…. And you only need water! 🫢

I put it to the test (with all the Texan Pollen) - It cleans just as good outside as inside!

It is both automatic & remote controlled so you target specific areas you’d like to clean. It can connect to your phone as well! 🤍❤️ Plus It has intelligent detect to prevent falls.

✨ Here’s another curation of our guest room, with all the details you’ve been asking for!

The rug is an 8x10, and the bed is a queen—this time I went with queen-sized bedding since the frame sits lower than our previous canopy. I kept the mattress at a max of 12 inches to preserve the headboard’s proportions without it feeling overtaken.

The chandelier comes with bulbs, but I swapped them for T300 long lights to give a more elevated look. The frames are spaced 4.5 inches apart for balance.

To achieve balanced scaling in a room, incorporate larger accessories like vases to create visual harmony. Smaller accessories can make a space feel cluttered, as they often require more items to fill empty areas.

In larger spaces, choose larger furniture pieces, such as my 72-inch console table, which surpasses the standard length at around 60 inches. 🤎 For smaller spaces, select furniture with greater depth and height to create the illusion of larger-scale pieces. 🫶🏽

I used two duvet inserts to create that fluffy look.. plus i added a throw blanket under the rolled part! 🤎 Bed size is a Queen and the duvet+inserts are King size. I like sizing up on bedding bc it gives more fabric to work with especially if you want your bed to look full around! 😊

Measurements:

Bed: Queen

Duvet: King size - I inserted 2 King sized down inserts to give the bed a fuller look. Sheets & pillows are Queen sized

Mirrors - 58" H x 18" W……mirrors will make your space feel larger as well as reflect light to other parts of the room!

Drapes: Color Cafe Brown … Size 40"W x 108" W

Sideboard in front of the bed was bought internationally but I linked a similar one below - Great price too!! 🤎

I used the “small table lamp” (linked) to create the glow effect behind the planter. I recommend warm white light bulbs 😊

I finally got around to doing my daughter Michelle's room, and I'm absolutely in love with how her drapes turned out 👌🏾…..I've also got the same drapes in our guest room and great room.

Like many of you, I received a hefty quote for drapes a few years ago - 10K to be exact…..and that was just for three windows. 😅 I mean, who doesn't love the look of custom drapes? I particularly love the pinch pleat - it's my favorite. 😍

One thing to keep in mind with this system is that you'll need to account for roughly 6 inches of slack. 🤎 So if your ceiling height is 108 inches, you'll need to order 102-inch drapes if you want to hang the rod at the very top and have the drapes "kiss" the floor. How I decorated my parents' condo b4 they listed it for sale ( I’ve linked Exact and similar items below)

670.5 sqft is how big this condo is…. The goal was to create a functionality while preserving as much space as possible throughout the condo..

The Den was the teeniest room ever (9 by 8 feet) and we wanted to stage it as a functional bedroom 😬

When decorating a smaller space, I like preserving wall space and areal space as possible while adding functional furniture pieces. For example..... in a smaller space, you can add accent chairs, sofa, coffee table, side table, and decor & still have enough functional room around.

Spring is around the corner and who doesn’t love a gorgeously curated outdoor space!?! 🥰 …. For some of us who lack a green thumb…. Faux floral curations are the only solution! 😜

For this curation, I’m loving a neutral-monochromatic look for this summer. I’m incorporating the same rug, planters, and lanterns I used in the winter….and switching out the florals

The boxwood wreath comes in several sizes - mine is the 32 Inch!

Fern Bushes - I placed two in each of the 16 inch white planters. You can use floral foam or a vase insert to keep the ferns in place.

The hydrangea bushes are beyond stunning! They look so realistic and charming 🥰

My favorite out of the bunch is the Camellia Tree which comes in multiple colors and sizes - mine is the 5Ft in white!

Rug comes in multiple sizes and colors as well. Mine is the 4x6 foot!
