Long time no see (from me) I apologize for the absence. As you may know or if you don’t know or are new here. (I may sound like a broken record)
1- I am a full time ICU Nurse, so that requires me working three 12 hour shifts a week.
2- I also work four days a week out of my office @theinjectorroom as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. (Run 100% by me and only me)
3- I do have a family, so I try to be present with them during any possible down time. (The Inbetween the meetings, appointments)
4- I try to take photos during my “down time” for my instagram/ my blog which is run 100% by me.

So that being said... I tend to make priorities such as career/business/family all first then self care and instagram/blogging second. I have a ton of content that was shot in the fall, I didn’t get a chance to post, as well as tons of new content recently shot. That I can’t wait to share. My trouble is getting it posted and then having the time to engage with all of my lovely supporters here. I don’t want to just post and run, I want to be able to engage with you all as you engage on my post.

So with all of this, I need a secretary, an assistant, and prob a handful of other positions added to help me with all the things I have going on. I try to get posts up when I know I will have time to engage with you all.
So sorry for the delay. Now I have some time to engage with you all and want to try to make time out of my day to do my post and engage with you all.

What a month so far! I have been soo busy... This weekend the family and I made it up to Guenella to see the beautiful leaves!

To help you all understand a typical week:
work 3 days in the ICU
4 days at my office ( answering dms, texts, calls, emails, meetings, networking with people one on one, client appointments)
At the end of my office workdays, I typically try to run errands for the business or personal, I try to work out, I try to spend time with family, and take pictures and get my editorial calendar for Instagram organized, and of course work doesn't sleep so I tend to work at night till the early mornings.. for a while now 4-5 hours of sleep is a good average. It will all pay off, hard work I hear pays off in the long run.

That being said, my Insta feed has lacked and for that, I apologize. I finally planned out my posts for the next couple of weeks so I will have some content coming to you all. I will eventually be back into the swing of things, but for now, I am doing what I can with the time I have alotted each day. Thank You to all of my wonderful followers for being so patient and so kind through this process. I have finally caught up on all my dms so thank you to each and every one of you that have sent me a dm or a question.

I will be honest with you all, I have not been motivated to do anything in a gym for a hot minute. I could definitely use a gym!! I find biking and hiking outside or group or partner fitness to be more my thing lately.

Me and my gf met out at the SUNFLOWER fields the other day before I went into work!!

This is a yearly tradition of mine!! Things to keep in mind, these are owned by farmers so asking permission is a must or you can be fined for being on private property. Also there is no picking or disturbing the flowers or the fields this is a farmers crop and their lively hood. If you take pictures with the flowers they ask that you stay on the trails and try not to disturb the flowers. I do have to say most people don’t ask to go in the fields and that is at their own risk. If you are one of those people be kind to the crop- These particular sunflowers are harvested for cooking oil, biodiesel, medicine and feed.
