Here’s a fun little idea for your Halloween party. all you need is an oval platter your favorite spinach dip, pita chips and guacamole, simply carve a real or fake pumpkin at a small bowl with your dip inside the pumpkin, but place another small bowl inside upside down to give height for the small bowl. Place everything on oval platter and enjoy.

It’s almost time for Halloween, so gather your favorite Harry Potter movies, make some Butterbeer Hot Chocolate, and enjoy a magical Halloween! Cheers!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups of half-and-half
• 2 cups of whole milk
• 1 cup butterscotch chips (plus extra for garnish)
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (with more for drizzling)
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• Whipped cream for serving

Directions:

1. In a medium-sized saucepan, pour in the half-and-half and milk.
2. Gently heat the mixture over medium heat.
3. After a couple of minutes, add the butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract.
4. Stir continuously until all the chips are melted and the drink is thoroughly heated. Be careful not to let it boil.
5. Once the chips are fully dissolved, your Butterbeer Hot Chocolate is ready!
6. Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs and finish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of butterscotch chips. Sip and savor!
