5-6 little cucumbers
1/4 red onion
2 green onions
1/3 cup pickles (grillos!!)
handful of parsley
1.5 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)
1/2 juice of lemon
Salt & pepper
