I’ve used the white package ones for about 10 years on and off and I need to remember to use them more often because I think they work amazingly well and help maintain skin clarity! I used to travel with them on book tours to keep my skin super fresh!

If you’re feeling like going bra-less around the house is less comfortable after gaining some weight, may I suggest a fitted tank/undershirt to act as a barely/there layer that hugs your body under other clothes. It’s not like wearing a bra but it’s more than nothing. These are inexpensive and comfy. Size down one from your typical size for a snug fit under things.

I wear these all in size M, and most clothing in size 12/L. I tried a L in the shorts-bodysuit and it was too large.

Two bras I am living in lately, both in size L. I’m probably around a 36 D or even DD lately. Having a larger chest is very new to me and I hate under wires and these are both comfy!
