Save this post to try and Ingredients • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts • 4 cups chicken broth • 3 carrots peeled & sliced • 1 onion chopped • 1 cup celery sliced • 3 cloves garlic minced • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 bay leaf • 2 cups dry egg noodles • salt & pepper to taste Directions 1. Put the chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, dried thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper in the Crockpot. 2. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 3. Remove the chicken from the Crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the Crockpot. 4. Add the egg noodles to the Crockpot and cook on high heat for an additional 20-30 minutes until the noodles are cooked. 5. Remove bay leaf and enjoy! Bread Ingredients • 3 cups bread flour • 2 1/4 tsp yeast • 2 tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt • 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water Directions 1. Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add water 2. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel for 2 hours 3. Flip, fold and let rest, 2-3 times over the next 30-60 mins 4. Heat the oven and dutch pot at 450 degrees 5. Sprinkle the bottom of the pot and top of the bread with a little flour and make a small slice in the top of the dough 6. Bake covered for 27 minutes then uncover, drop temp to 400 degrees and cook 10 more minutes 7. Enjoy!
