Easy breakfast ideas for the busy mamas 🥞🫐🍓 These are two of my kiddos faves and they’re both super easy to make! I have found having an easy grab and go breakfast ready on the busy chaotic school mornings helps make things run a little more smoothly. Why not make them Valentines Day inspired this time! ❤️ Sheet Pan Pancakes Ingredients • 2 cups of all-purpose flour • 2 teaspoons of baking powder • 1 teaspoon of baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon of salt • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar • 2 eggs, lightly beaten • 1 1/2 cups of milk • 1/4 cup of butter, melted • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Toppings: • chocolate chips • sliced strawberries • sliced banana • blueberries • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar • preheat the oven to 350 degrees • spray a sheet pan with non stick cooking spray • in a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar, then whisk to combine • Add the eggs and milk, whisk until combined. Add melted butter and vanilla extract and whisk again until combined. • Pour the batter into the sheet pan • Top 1/4 of the pan with strawberries, 1/4 with blueberries, 1/4 with bananas and 1/4 with chocolate chips. Then sprinkle the top with the granulated sugar. • Bake for 20-25 minutes. You will see the pancake starting to rise, test with a toothpick. • cut and serve with maple syrup (optional) Enjoy!
